Our building is centrally located in the heart of downtown Provincetown You will love all the great views. Relax on the shared deck or dress and enjoy all that Commercial St has to offer. Explore the shops, restaurants, clubs, & shows. Grab the provided beach chairs because that’s right across the street! Come back to comfortable beds, close the blinds and refresh to begin another day.
Pilgrim Monument Studio is an open layout and is much roomier than most hotel rooms so you will have plenty of room to spread out. Renovated in 2026 with an upgraded kitchen including a 2 burner induction surface heater and a 1.7 CUFT combination microwave and convection oven. You will also have access to our fully furnished roof deck (shared by us and our Airbnb guest only). The deck is a great place to hangout, sip cocktails or (if you have to) open your laptop and get a little work done. (WIFI is strong even on the deck)
This room has its own second floor private entrance opening up to a cute apartment offering a new queen size bed and a day bed for relaxing with a 42” TV (streaming channels only.) There are plenty of windows for ventilation or use the energy efficient and quiet split .
It offers a kitchen with a sink, microwave / convection oven, refrigerator / freezer, toaster and coffee maker offering gourmet Guatemalan coffee from Fazenda, a small craft roaster in Dedham MA.
A perfect place to crash after a long day playing on Commercial St.
